15. EDF Éjszakai Futás 2010
Budapest (Hungary), Saturday 11 September 2010
Over 3,000 runners took part in last year's Night Run through Hungary's capital city Budapest.
The event features lots of music, dance, fun, and a firework display before the start at 9pm. To get an impression of the event have a look at the promotional video provided by the race organization.
The course is 6.5 kilometres long, traffic-free and well lit. The start and the finish are on Roosevelt tér, a spacious square on the left bank of the River Danube.
Participants run across the monumental Széchenyi Chain Bridge and past a number of beautifully illuminated landmarks of Budapest.
In 2009, the winners were Balázs Csillag (0:19:22) and Renáta Fuchs (0:23:37).
