10th 'Half Marathon of the Municipality of Brugnera - Alto Livenza' 2009

The Maratonina Comune di Brugnera is the second race of the 'Half Marathon Cup 2009', a series of six half marathons in Italy, Slovenia and Croatia.

Participants run 21.1km of a mostly flat and fast course through the municipality of Brugnera which is well-known for its Alto Livenza wines.

In addition to the half marathon race the event offers two non-competitive runs — a half marathon and a 10K.

In 2008, over 600 runners completed the half marathon. The top overall finisher was Said Boudalia (1:05:00). Sonia Conceicao Lopes led the women home in a time of 1:18:13.
