7th Lake Blaguš Race 2009

A good mixture of Hungarians, Austrians, Croats and Slovenes will get together again in the north-eastern corner of Slovenia to enjoy a nice day out at Blaguško jezero, a lovely little reservoir of about 1km in length. Women will run 6km and men 9km around the fields and wooded hills of this quiet and pretty rural area.

The race forms part of the Cerr-Cup, a series of ten races in Austria, Hungary and Slovenia.

Last year's top female and male athletes, Valentina Županić and Ivan Čorba, both came from Northern Croatia.
