Every year, the Parndorfer Straßenlauf attracts an international mix of elite and amateur runners to the village of Parndorf, which is located in a low-lying region in the Burgenland in Austria, near the borders with Hungary and Slovakia.

Participants in the 10k race run three laps of a flat and fast and AIMS-certified course through the village.

Start and finish: Kirchenplatz (in the centre of the village)

Race centre: Pfarrzentrum, Kirchenplatz (from 7.30am)

Entries: online; late entries on the day (up to 30 minutes before the start)

  • € 11 (late entries)

Entry fees (10km):

  • € 15 (up to 9 June 2017)

Timekeeping: ChampionChip — use your own yellow chip or rent a green chip (€ 3)

You get: goodie bag to the first 300 entries

Showers and changing facilities: Volksschule, Schulgasse 2

Prizes:

  • prize money to the first 3 men and 3 women (10km)
  • trophies to the first 3 in each age group
  • medal to all runners (children's races)
