• 8.30: 42.2km maratón (marathon)
• 10.30: 21.1km polmaratón (half marathon)
• 10.30: 8.3km stredná trať (middle distance)
• 10.30: 1km krátka trať (short distance)
• 12.00: 100m/300m zimné plávanie (winter swim, in the lake or in the river)

Time limit:

• half marathon: 3 hours
• full marathon: 5 hours

Start and finish: at the Vodné dielo Žilina (a hydroelectric dam across the River Váh)

Bib pick-up: at the Human restaurant at the Vodné dielo Žilina (15 December 2017, 11.30-13.00; on the day 7.40-8.15 for the marathon runners, 8.20-10.00 for the other runners, 10.00-11.30 for the swimmers)
