The Velkoosecká podzimní "12" (Velký Osek Autumn "12") offers a charity run (1km), a children's race (2km), two multi-terrain races (6km, 12km) and a handcycling race (14km).

All races begin and end at a lake on the edge of the village of Velký Osek which is situated on the River Labe (German: Elbe), approximately 60 kilometres to the east of Czechia's capital Praha (Prague).

The 6k is one lap and the 12k is two laps of a mainly flat course.

The route is very scenic as it runs through farmland, along the Labe, and through the beautiful Libický luh national nature reserve, the largest riparian forest in the Czech Republic!

The handcycling race is held on the cycleway that connects Velký Osek and the village of Veltruby.
