The Frühlingslauf (‘Spring Run’) in Innsbruck, capital of Austria's state of Tyrol, is a fun running event without timekeeping or results lists.

Participants can decide on the course which distance they want to run — 3km, 5km, 10km, 15km or the 21.1km half marathon.

The route runs along both banks of the River Inn, starting and finishing on Marktplatz on the edge of Innsbruck's Old Town.
