Mariánské Lázně (Czech Republic), Saturday 11 July 2015
The SpaRun offers a 6.4km race through Mariánské Lázně, one of the three world-famous Bohemian spas, also known by its German name Marienbad.
Starting and finishing on the athletics track of the Sportovní areál Victoria, the route winds its way on mixed terrain through spa gardens and parks where royals, writers and composers strolled around and sipped mineral water from natural springs.
The undulating route passes innumerable opulent spa buildings, including the magnificent Neo-baroque Kolonáda Maxima Gorkého.
