The Tek štirih srčnih mož okoli Bohinjskega jezera is a 12km multi-terrain race around Lake Bohinj (Slovene: Bohinjsko jezero), Slovenia's largest lake, situated in the Triglav National Park in the Julian Alps.

The route runs anticlockwise around the lake, mostly through forests close to the shore, and mostly on gravel or on forest trails (which are rather narrow in parts).

About 450 runners took part in the race last year. The fastest finishers were Peter Kastelic (40:38) and Ines Iskra (45:00).
