1st Night Marathon 2014

The first Noćni Maraton (‘Night Marathon’) will take place on 30 August 2014 in Croatia's capital Zagreb.
Entrants can choose between the quarter marathon (10.55km, one lap), the half marathon (21.1km, two laps), the three-quarter marathon (31.65km, three laps), or the full marathon (42.2km, four laps).
The marathon will kick off at 8pm, the shorter races at 9pm. The time limit to finish the marathon race will be six hours.
All races will begin and end at Bundek, a bathing lake that is situated in a park on the right bank of the River Sava which flows from west to east through the city.
Competitors will run through the park and along both banks of the Sava (pictured), mostly on flat and smooth gravel paths. About one fifth of the course is on asphalt.

Entries: online with payment by bank transfer (up to 13 August 2014); runners from outside Croatia can pay the entry fees in cash on the day of the race; late entries on the day (up to two hours before the race)
