13th Rijeka Half Marathon 2014

The Riječki polumaraton draws approximately 400 half marathon runners to the port of Rijeka, Croatia's third-largest city with a population of about 130,000, situated in the Kvarner Bay in the northern Adriatic.

It is possible to form a team of three runners and run the race as a relay (3x7km).

Starting and finishing on Korzo, Rijeka's pedestrianized main shopping street, the route is out and back through shipyards and high-rise suburbs towards the seaside resorts on the Opatija Riviera.

The course is AIMS-certified and undulating with some long ascents and descents.
