The Žumberačka utrka is a 15.5km road running race through the Žumberak, a beautiful and thinly-populated mountain region on the Croatia-Slovenia border.

The race features a very hilly point-to-point course.

Entrants register for the race in the village of Sošice. Then, a bus brings them to the start in the hamlet of Radatovići from where they run back to Šošice.

In case you don't fancy a long drive on narrow and twisty roads to get to Sošice you can use the free bus service from Zagreb.
