30th ‘She + He Run’ 2013

Registrations for the Sie + Er Lauf 2013 have been closed five weeks before the start of the race. The entry limit of 1,700 relay teams has been reached.

Sie und Er teams must consist of one female and one male runner. Each team member runs four kilometres. Teams can decide themselves who runs first.

The race takes place on Prater Hauptallee, the main avenue through Vienna's largest public park — the Prater. The route is out and back, completely flat, and closed to traffic.

Competitors run one kilometre eastwards (towards the Lusthaus, pictured), back to the start/finish area, then one kilometre westwards (towards the famous Ferris wheel), and back again.
