6th ‘St Martin's Half Marathon’ 2013

The Maratonina di San Martino is held on a flat, certified and traffic-free half marathon course near the city of Treviso in northern Italy.
The route is a single loop on asphalt roads through agricultural land and villages on the vast Venetian Plain, starting at the ‘BHR Treviso Hotel’ near the Treviso Airport and finishing in the small town of Paese, about 2.5km from the start.
Last year, the race had over 600 finishers. The first runners across the line were David Kiplagat Tum of Kenya (1:05:55) and Laura Giordano of Italy (1:19:45).
The event is held every year around St Martin's Day, the feast day of St Martin of Tours, which is celebrated on November 11 in many European countries.
