Vienna (Austria), Sunday 25 August 2013
The Augartenlauf in Austria's capital Vienna offers three races — 5km, 10km, and a 1.5km children's race. Almost 300 runners took part in the event last year.
The route is a 2.5-kilometre loop on asphalt and gravel paths through the Baroque gardens of the Augarten, a public park near the city centre.
The start and the finish are at the ‘Porzellanmanufaktur Augarten’, Austria's number one porcelain manufactory.
Five euros of each entry fee will be donated to charity.
