The Frühlingslauf (‘Spring Run’) in Innsbruck, capital of Austria's state of Tirol (Tyrol), is a non-competitive fun running event without timekeeping or results lists.

Participants can still decide on the course which distance they want to run: 2.7km, 5km, 9.6km, 14.7km or a 21.1km Halbmarathon (half marathon).

Starting and finishing on Marktplatz on the edge of Innsbruck's Old Town, the route runs along both banks of the Inn river.
