This half marathon in Italy's northernmost province of Alto Adige ("South Tyrol") features a flat and fast course through the vast apple orchards in the Adige River Valley.
Start is in the small town of Laives (German: Leifers), located around 10 kilometres to the south of the city of Bolzano. The finish is in the village of Bronzolo (Branzoll), approximately 4 kilometres from the start.
The route is a single loop, which crosses the River Adige and the 'Autostrada del Brennero' twice.
In 2010, the winners were Yuri Floriani (1:07:20) and Sonia Lopes (1:22:48).
